This is a recipe that my sister-in-law Jenni gave me about three years ago. I love it! I have tried other recipes but they never seem to taste very good. Something to keep in mind when making this recipe is to use 1/2 a measurement of Sour Cream to 1 measurement of Mayo. So if you use 1 cup of mayo, use 1/2 cup of sour cream. This is if you are making more than this recipe or if you have to add more to this recipe.
Ingredients:
4-5 chicken breasts
Red Grapes, halved
1/2 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salad Supreme seasoning
Green Onions, sliced (optional)
Cashews (optional)
Directions:
Boil and cube the chicken. Cut grapes in half and put in a bowl with the chicken. Add mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, green onions, salad supreme and mix it all up. Serve it on croissants, rolls, tortillas, pita bread or whatever you like.
Enjoy!!!
